India and Jimmy came all the way from Florida to elope on Little Nell. It was an unusual set up for me, instead a lot of guests and a wedding party, there was  only India and Jimmy. It was such a romantic moment.

The founder of  The Wedding in Pink, Cheryl Ungar’s, mission is to offer compassion to those affected by breast cancer. This is achieved by wedding giveaways and other acts of kindness to individuals or couples who have recently experienced a difficult time with this disease in their lives. I felt very honored when Cheryl asked me to be part of The Wedding in Pink 2015. Melissa and Rich got married at the Brown Place in Denver. It was such a beautiful and romantic celebration of love. A big shout out to Cheryl Ungar and her team.

Hey, I’m Hardy.

Just a little about the tall German behind the camera… In 2003, I followed my heart and moved from Germany to the United States to be with my sweet and tenacious wife Tammy.

I’m a true fan of Nutella, but only the one made in Germany (because there is a difference). For some reason I love the way it feels to write with a fountain pen, but I also have a minor technology obsession, especially if it has a glowing Apple, or the red dot with the name Leica on it.

Feel free to contact me at hardy@hardyklaholdphotography.com or call me at 720.936.8076 if you’d like to talk about my photos or the differences between U.S. and German Nutella.
